2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. To deliver the site securely, Vercel processes in particular the IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser, device and operating-system information, and technical logs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure, stable, and efficient operation. Data may be processed in the USA. 3. Contact Form
For an inquiry, we process your name, email address, practice/specialty, message, and the selections made in the price calculator so that we can reply and, where appropriate, prepare an offer. Please do not transmit patient or health data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures); for other messages, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. The message is sent server-side – depending on technical configuration – through Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA (https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy), Formspree, Inc., USA (https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/), or FormSubmit (https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf). It is received in a Google Workspace/Gmail mailbox operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Where data is transferred to the USA, providers rely on applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards. Inquiry data is deleted after the matter is completed unless statutory retention or evidence obligations apply.
4. Cookies
The website itself does not use technically necessary tracking cookies. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's Local Storage under the key “arztcode-cookie-consent”. This is required to apply your choice and is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer.
5. Web Analytics (optional)
After you consent, we load Vercel Web Analytics. It processes aggregated page-view data, in particular the timestamp, requested path, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate region, browser, operating system, and device type. According to Vercel, the data is not associated with a person or IP address, no third-party cookies are used, and the visitor session identifier is discarded after 24 hours. The recipient is Vercel Inc., USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, the analytics script is not loaded.
